This website is provided for information about Katy Rest and to allow venues and partners to submit enquiries. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
2. Use of our amenities
Katy Rest massage chairs are self-service amenities intended for adults in reasonable general health. Use is at your own risk. You should not use a chair if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, recent surgery, injuries, implanted medical devices or any other condition where massage is contraindicated, unless a qualified medical professional has confirmed it is safe to do so.
Follow all on-chair instructions and stop your session immediately if you feel discomfort. Chairs are not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
3. Payments and refunds
Sessions are cashless and paid at the chair through a third-party payment provider. Once a session has started it is generally non-refundable. If a chair malfunctions during a paid session, contact us at info@katyrest.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
4. Intellectual property
The Katy Rest name, logo, website content, images and design are owned by Katy Rest or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katy Rest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our amenities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our amenities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
