Katy Rest ("we", "us", "our") provides self-service massage chair amenities to malls, airports, business centres and other high-footfall commercial venues. You can contact us at info@katyrest.com.

- Enquiry information: name, company, email, phone and message details you submit through our contact or pilot forms.
- Usage data from our chairs: anonymous session counts, session length and uptime telemetry. Our chairs do not record audio, video or identifiable personal data.
- Website analytics: aggregated data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected via cookies (see our Cookie Preferences).
- Payment data: where a session is paid for, transactions are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, manage pilot and partnership discussions, operate and improve our amenities, produce anonymous performance reports for venue partners, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run our business — for example, email, hosting, analytics and payment providers — under written data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless a commercial relationship is established. Aggregated usage and analytics data may be retained for longer in a form that does not identify individuals.
